Terms/Conditions & Delivery

 

VAT
All prices quoted are exclusive of VAT

AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

  • We do not deliver to PO Box addresses
  • When Products are in stock, if you place an order before Noon Monday-Friday we will aim to deliver your order on the following working day
  • Whilst 95% or our UK mainland in-stock orders are delivered within 24 hours we cannot guarantee this service or the service provided by our couriers

DELIVERY CHARGES

  • Free NEXT DAY Delivery to most parts of Mainland UK on all orders over £150 excluding VAT for orders placed by Noon - Monday-Friday

  • SAME DAY DESPATCH for orders placed by Noon - Monday-Friday

DAMAGES OR NON DELIVERY

  • Damage to goods or shortages in the quantity delivered must be reported within 5 working days of receipt of goods 
  • Non-delivery of goods must be notified within 7 days of receipt of the invoice

REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

  • You may choose to return a Product for any reason provided that:
    • You notify us by email within 7 days of receipt of the Products
    • Any product returned for credit must be in pristine saleable condition and needs to still be in it's original unopened packaging, unmarked and in a resalable condition
  • Upon receipt of the Products at our warehouse they will be inspected to check that they are in a resalable condition - we will then process the refund in respect of the price of the Product, excluding carriage
  • You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the Products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation

 DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

  • If you consider a Product to be defective please contact us as soon as possible after receipt of your Products
  • We will then contact you with a returns number and we will arrange for collection at our cost
  • Once the Products are back at our warehouse we will inspect them and notify you of your refund by e-mail 
  • We will  process the refund due to you as soon as possible following confirmation e-mail stating that you were entitled to a refund for the defective Product 
  • Products returned by you because of a defect will be refunded in full, including a refund of the delivery charges for sending the item to you
  • We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • The price of any Products will be as quoted on our site, except in cases of obvious error
  • These prices exclude VAT and delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due
  • Prices are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already accepted
  • Payments for all Products must be made by BACS or cheque for orders made by email or phone or by credit/debit card through our online store 
  • The RRPs used on our site represent the manufacturer's suggested selling price and is not indicative of the prevailing selling prices at any given time or in any given area
CUSTOMER SERVICE
  • Customer Service is paramount to us, we endeavour to provide the most competitive price for our products
  • Should you find the same product (in stock) cheaper elsewhere (within the UK) please contact us and we will do our best to match that price
  • Being the Authorised UK Service Centre in the UK and Ireland for all Rapid Products (with over 35 years experience) we can advise you on the most appropriate stapler for your requirements
  • We deal with all Warranty Repairs and Replacements for Rapid products in UK and Ireland
  • We supply full back up and FREE technical support - whether your product is in or out of warranty

WARRANTY POLICY

  • The warranty covers material and production defects, with the proviso that, with staplers, the genuine Rapid/Isaberg staples are used
  • 5 Year Warranty on Desktop Staplers, Heavy Duty Staplers, Manual Pro Tackers, Stapling Pliers and Hole Punches (with the exception of the cutters and discs unless faulty - which are replaceable items) 
  • 3 Year Warranty on Combi Tackers and Handy Tackers
  • 2 Year Warranty on Electric Tackers, Hammer Tackers and Electric Stapling Machines (with the exception of the insert stapling head unless faulty - which is a replaceable item) 
  • 1 Year Warranty on some products, this normally applies to the economy products
  •  Please see individual product description for warranty details
  • Where products or parts are replaced or repaired during the warranty period, this does not extend the warranty beyond the original warranty period at date of purchase
  • The product warranty is only valid in country of purchase
